How long has your company been in business? Since 1997. How long have you been in the industry? I am a second generation builder and have been involved in homebuilding since 1997. What size homes do you build? 2,000 - 7,000 square feet. What style homes do you build? Stick frame, Timber frame, Post and Beam, Traditional Rocky Mountain Contemporary, Contemporary Ranch. Does your company do renovations, remodeling and Absolutely. We are available seven days a week: Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m.-6:30 p.m. on-site, with limited availability on weekends. What sets you apart from other builders?
How many homes do you typically have under construction at any given time? We usually begin a new home every 8 months. We have one or two homes on board every year, weather permitting. Our process encourages doing things right. This takes a little bit more time but it also allows us to review our work in a detailed manner as well as accurately update our clients on milestones achieved. Are you associated with green building organizations? We support the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC). The FSC is a non-profit organization devoted to the responsible management of the world's forests. They set high standards that ensure forestry is practiced in an environmentally responsible, socially beneficial, and economically viable way. We choose to use FSC certified materials first and when they are locally available. We also support the U.S. Green Building Council. USGBC is a non-profit community of leaders working to make green buildings available to everyone within a generation. |
